the website is just a scam

i made an order and paid for it more than 120 euro , i received no update for 10 days, i sent couple of messages to all the emails i found on their website and nothing !

no response for my refund message , no update on the order page.

If you are not able to fulfill my order do not take my money in the first place ! or at least give me an update!
